Because every Void Rugs piece is handcrafted one by one in our Japan studio, slight variations in size (±1–2cm) or shape may occur. This is proof that your rug is unique and not mass-produced.
･UPON ARRIVAL
To ensure safe transit, your rug is securely rolled and packaged. The rug may be slightly curled because of this. This is normal and will settle after the rug has been on a flat surface for a few days.
You may also find that the threads of the rug have moved in transit. To fix this, simply smooth out the surface of the rug by hand.

･Return: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery (Items must be unused. Return shipping costs apply). We replace defective items for free.
･Customs & Duties:
･USA: All customs duties and taxes are fully included in the price (Shipped via DDP). No surprise fees at delivery.
･UK: Orders under £135 GBP are generally exempt from customs duty, but VAT may still apply.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
･SHEDDING (INITIAL FLUFF)
Due to the nature of tufted rugs, you will experience some "shedding" (loose fuzz or fibers) when you first start using it. This is completely normal. Please remove any loose fuzz using a vacuum cleaner or a lint roller. The shedding will gradually subside and settle down within 2 to 3 months of regular use.
･MACHINE WASHING
You can wash your rug in a machine. Use cold or warm water (max 40°C) on a gentle cycle. Always place the rug in a laundry net to protect the pile and structure.
･VACUUMING
Regular vacuuming keeps the design crisp and maintains the volume of the yarn.
･LOOSE YARNS
If any yarn is sticking out, do not pull it. Simply snip it off with scissors so it is level with the surface.
